White cement CEM I 42.5R High quality white cement. For the preparation of concrete, filler plasters, mortars, putties and tile adhesives. Thanks to its high brand (42.5), it also achieves high mechanical resistance in combined products. For a traditional filler plaster it is used in the following ratios: 100kg cement: 300kg sand with a granulometry of (0.0-1.4) mm. Mortars with this cement have a high ability to bond to the base, and good flexibility properties thanks to its ability to adapt to base movements, thermal changes and building deformations.

WHITE CEMENT
It is used as a final layer that must be treated with protective varnish on stairs, floors, walls and for special structures such as bathroom walls, exterior columns, etc.
The product can be applied on two substrates: 1. On smooth concrete where it is previously primed with an acrylic primer and Cement is applied after the primer has dried. 2. On cardboard where it is previously primed with an acrylic primer, leveled with bondex, after 24 hours it is re-primed and Cement is applied.
PRODUCT PREPARATION
1 kg Cement is dissolved in 24% water until a uniform mixture is created. The product is applied using a smooth screed in a thickness of 1-3 mm, in one or two layers. After drying, it can be rubbed with sandpaper depending on how smooth the surface is required to be. 2-3 days after completing the application, and provided that the surface is dry, protective varnishes can be applied.
