Cement-based tile adhesive (C), with very high flexibility (S1), improved adhesive strength (2), slip resistance (T) and long working time (E). Applicable for layers up to 15 mm thick. Classified as C2TES1 adhesive according to EN 12004.

Suitable for bonding ceramic tiles, stone tiles, glass bricks, thick tiles, cement-based substrates, for floors and walls, in outdoor and indoor environments with high humidity. Recommended for facades, terraces, for environments with central heating, for environments that are subject to vibrations, constant pressure, also for bonding tiles to tiles (in this case the tiles must be stable and immobile), for industrial environments, for wavy and unstable substrates (this is a result of its high elasticity).
Cement-based adhesive, composed of high-quality marble sand with selected granulometry, synthetic resins and special modified additives. The very high technology in granulometric distribution and the special ingredients give this product excellent characteristics in flexibility and workability, which makes this adhesive ideal for bonding marble tiles, natural stone, granite, mosaics, etc. (5-200 cm)
Mix 7-7.5 liters of clean water with 25 kg of ADESIFLEX, mix the resulting mass with an electric mixer until a homogeneous and lump-free mass is formed. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes and then mix again before use. The working time of the mixture is 2-3 hours under normal temperature conditions (20°C).
Cement-based substrates must be stable, resistant and regular, free of oil and dirt and free of paint residues, and must have reached the required curing time. Approximately traditional cement-based floors, with a normal hardening time, must have a curing time of at least 28 days, traditional plaster bases must be dried for at least 14 days. Large unevenness or large cracks must be repaired in advance. All types of substrates must be cleaned in advance before applying the product mechanically.

Initially, it is recommended to apply the product with the straight part of the trowel to have a more uniform distribution and then with the notched part. The application is done with a suitable trowel depending on the type of tile being laid. The tiles are placed by exerting a slight pressure on the tile, ensuring that the tile is covered on the entire surface with the trowel. The opening time of the product under normal atmospheric conditions is 35-40 minutes for a temperature of 23°C. Atmospheric conditions may affect the drying time of the product. Care must be taken that the trowel does not form a film surface. Otherwise, it is necessary to apply the trowel once more on the trowel. It is not advisable to place the tiles with overlapping joints. The tiles are placed in such a way that they are suitable for their dimensions.

Caution! For very large tile formats, apply a double layer of glue, on the tile and the base. Resistant to temperatures from -15°C to +70°C. Protect the base for at least 24 hours after applying the adhesive from heavy rain, running water, as well as from frost and strong sunlight.
