Decorative coating for exterior and interior environments based on white cement. Powder material composed of high quality marble sand, special additives, hydrophobic agents and hydrated lime. It is characterized by very good workability, long working time, quick application, creating a beautiful and uniform structure. It is recommended that the grafiato layer be painted.
GRATEX
It is applied on cement-lime based filler plasters. All types of bases are previously treated with a leveling agent.
The base must be clean without dust, oils or residues that hinder the bonding between the layers. The base is cleaned mechanically. Before applying the product, it is necessary to level all types of base with a leveler and to coat the surface with Grafiato primer.
application
Mix with an electric mixer in a clean container with the product, until a homogeneous mass is achieved. Apply the product with a straight metal trowel. Then level with a plastic trowel in a vertical, horizontal or circular direction, always depending on the type of structure we want to create. Clean the work tools after finishing the work. Optimal working temperatures are from 50C to 350C.
