The drying time of the product is about 1 minute and 20 seconds in optimal temperature conditions. After hardening, the product acquires high mechanical resistance within a very short time after 1-2 hours. Impervious and water resistant.
AQUABLOCK
Blocking water leaks even in the presence of high pressure. • Stopping water leaks in basements and all underground structures. • Stopping water leaks in above-ground tanks. • Blocking water leaks in cracks between ceilings and walls. • Blocking water leaks in any type of cracks and holes.
Cement-based substrates must be stable, resistant and regular, free of oils and dirt and free of paint residues. All types of substrates must be cleaned in advance before applying the product mechanically with a vacuum cleaner.
Mix about 300 gr of clean water with 1 kg of AQUABLOCK by hand or with a trowel, until you achieve a homogeneous mass without grains. Considering the quick drying time of about 1 min, mix the product in small quantities.
METHOD OF PREPARING THE MIXTURE
Shape the product into a cork with your hands. Wait a few seconds until the product starts to dry and place it on the cracks, keeping it pressed for about 1-2 minutes. Remove excess material with a sandpaper or emery paper. For applications to large joints, mix the product with coarse sand (up to 1.5 mm) in a ratio of 1:3 or 1:4.
