REPAIR MORTAR

Pre-prepared cement-based repair mortar, reinforced with fibers and modified additives for use in
indoor and outdoor environments. Offers:

  • High mechanical resistance.
  • Easy workability.
  • It does not shrink, does not crack and does not slip in large thicknesses (3-6 cm).
  • Resistant to extreme temperatures and abrasion.
  • High resistance to moisture.
  • Very good adhesion to the support. Classified as PCC R3 mortar for concrete repairs, according to EN 1504-3
The repair mortar is suitable for filling and restructuring damaged parts of concrete, for various hydraulic works, repairing broken and damaged parts on floors, walls, stairs and columns. The application is done with only one hand and the works are recommended to be done at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C.
The base before applying the Repair Mortar must be clean and free of dust, oils, paints or residues that hinder the bonding between the layers. Before application, the base must be moistened with water. If the damaged structure has unstable and loose parts, they must be removed because they hinder adhesion.

PRODUCT PREPARATION

Mix 5.5 l of clean water with 25 kg of product, it is recommended to mix the resulting mass with an electric mixer until smooth.
a homogeneous mass is formed. The created mass is left to rest for 5 minutes and it is recommended to mix again before use. The product is applied in one layer only. Layer thickness from 3-6 mm. Application can be done with a trowel or machine.

Caution! Application should be avoided at very high temperatures and with strong winds, as this leads to rapid evaporation of water and may cause surface cracks. In summer when temperatures are high, it is recommended that the surface be moistened 8-12 hours after application to avoid rapid evaporation of water.
