HYDROFIX MONO
Very good adhesion properties on all types of bases. Flexible and waterproofing protection for bathrooms and showers. Waterproofing before laying ceramic tiles for plaster, floors, concrete surfaces. Suitable for repairs on prefabricated structures. Protector of concrete surfaces against the effects of constant humidity, chlorides, sulfates, etc.
The bases must be stable and free from dust, oils, etc. Bases with large cracks must be repaired with repair mortar. If the surfaces to be covered have high absorption capabilities, moisten them with water beforehand. In cases of high temperatures or strong winds, we advise you to protect the surface from rapid drying.
Mix a 25 kg bag with 7–8 liters of clean water with a mechanical or manual mixer until a homogeneous, lump-free mass is achieved. The working time of the mixture is 2-3 hours.
application
Apply the product in two coats with a brush or spatula, applying about 2mm for each coat, placing a fiberglass mesh on the wet product in the first coat. The second coat is applied after a period of 4-6 hours, depending on weather conditions and not before the first coat has dried. Apply the product at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C.

Caution! Do not mix any other product with Hidrofix Mono and to apply the second coat you must ensure that the first coat is completely dry. Do not apply on bituminous waterproofing.
