ECO+ C2E
Suitable for bonding ceramic tiles to cement-based substrates, porcelain stoneware, clinker, marble and low-absorbency tiles. For bonding to substrates with a certain degree of mobility such as balconies, bathrooms, for floors and walls in outdoor and indoor environments where there is moisture. For floors with high traffic such as schools and hospitals. For commercial and industrial environments. Suitable for bonding medium and large format tiles (5 – 80 cm).
Mix 6.5-7 liters of clean water with 25 kg of Eco+, mix the resulting mass with an electric mixer until a homogeneous and lump-free mass is formed. Leave to stand for 10 minutes and then mix again before use. The working time of the mixture is 2-3 hours. Under normal temperature conditions (20°C).
Cement-based substrates must be stable, resistant and regular, free of oil and dirt and free of paint residues and must have reached the maturity period in advance. Approximately traditional cement-based floors with normal hardening time must have a curing time of at least 28 days, traditional plaster bases must dry for at least 14 days. Large unevenness or large cracks must be repaired in advance. All types of substrates must be cleaned in advance before applying the product mechanically.

Initially, it is recommended to apply the product with the straight part of the trowel to have a more uniform distribution and then with the notched part. The application is done with a suitable trowel depending on the type of tile being laid. The tiles are placed by exerting a slight pressure on the tile, ensuring that the tile is covered over the entire surface with the trowel. The opening time of the product under normal atmospheric conditions is 35 minutes for a temperature of 23°C. Atmospheric conditions may affect the drying time of the product. Care must be taken that the trowel does not form a film surface. Otherwise, it is necessary to pass the trowel over the trowel once more. A distance of 5 mm must be left on the surfaces joining vertical walls.
