STRONGKOLL MAXI
Suitable for bonding marble tiles, stone tiles, glass bricks, thick tiles, and cement-based substrates, for floors and walls, in outdoor and indoor environments where there is a high presence of humidity. Recommended for facades, terraces, for environments with central heating, for environments that are subject to vibrations, constant pressure, also for bonding tile to tile (in this case the tiles must be stable and immobile), for industrial environments, for corrugated and unstable substrates (this is a result of its high elasticity). Suitable for bonding tiles of 5-300 cm format.
Cement-based tile adhesive, with improved adhesive strength (C2), slip resistance (T) and long workability time (E) deformable (S2). Composed of high-quality marble sand with selected granulometry, synthetic resins and special modified additives. The very high technology in granulometric distribution and the special ingredients give this product excellent characteristics in flexibility and workability, which makes this adhesive ideal for bonding all types of tiles.
Mix 7-7.5 liters of clean water with 25 kg of Strongkoll Maxi, mix the resulting mass with an electric mixer until a homogeneous and lump-free mass is formed. Leave it to stand for 5 minutes and then mix again before use. The working time of the mixture is 2-3 hours at normal temperature conditions (23°C).

Suitable on bases with high traffic, gypsum cardboard, as well as on waterproofing of the Hidrofix II type.
application
Initially, it is recommended to apply the product with the straight part of the trowel to have the most uniform distribution possible and then with the notched part. The application is done with a suitable trowel depending on the type of tile being laid. The tiles are placed by exerting a slight pressure on the tile, ensuring that the tile is covered over the entire surface with the trowel. The opening time of the product under normal atmospheric conditions is 35-40 minutes for a temperature of 23°C. Atmospheric conditions may affect the drying time of the product. Care must be taken that the trowel does not form a film surface. Otherwise, it is necessary to apply the trowel once more over the trowel. It is not advisable to place the tiles with overlapping joints. The tiles are placed in such a way that they are suitable for their dimensions.

Attention! For very large tile formats, apply a double layer of glue, on the tile and the base. Resistant to temperatures from -15°C to +70°C. Protect the base for at least 24 hours after applying the adhesive from heavy rain, running water, as well as from frost and strong sunlight.
