Cement-lime based filling plaster for interior walls, ceilings and facades. Suitable for all types of foundations such as: brick walls, concrete block walls, sandstone and limestone. Not suitable for foundations with constant humidity. Compared to traditional mortar, it reduces the amount of application by 25%.
PREMIX
It is used on all types of foundations, red bricks, hollow bricks, high porosity bricks, stones, etc. First coat for filling ceilings, interior and exterior walls, second coat to eliminate cracks. For high porosity silicate bricks, a primer is applied before applying the mortar to eliminate dust.
The base must be clean without dust, oils or residues that become an obstacle to the connection between the layers. The base is cleaned mechanically. Composite bases, meaning where there are also electrical parts and brick walls, must be sprayed first with the Dekoll sprayer. The brick joints must be sealed in advance to have a crack-free coating.
The product is suitable for both manual and machine application. Mix 5.5-6 liters of water with a 25 kg bag of PREMIX with a mechanical mixer or machine until a homogeneous, lump-free mass is achieved.
Application
Apply the prepared product with the appropriate trowel and level it with a level. After drying, it is necessary to roughen the plaster surface before applying the grout. The optimal working temperatures are from +5°C to 35°C. For subsequent coatings, it is important that the base has reached the drying maturity.
