BONDEX
For bonding and leveling all types of thermal insulation boards, for facade and facade cladding. For bonding panels on brick (red) walls, thermal bricks, mixed walls or stone walls, concrete, on new and old plaster. Realization of thermal insulation systems. Also suitable for reinforcing mineral bases for subsequent decorative coatings.
The base must be clean, free of dust, oils or residues that could hinder the bonding between the layers. The base is cleaned mechanically or manually. For unstable bases, it is necessary to install fixing pins. The working time of the mixture is 2-3 hours, under normal temperature conditions (20°C).
Mix 6-6.5 liters of water with Bondex in a clean container with an electric mixer until a homogeneous and lump-free mass is achieved. Apply the product with a screed on the insulating board to a thickness of 30mm, covering approximately 45% of the adhesive board using the ball and strip method. Before leveling the surface with a trowel, place the fixing pins depending on the board to be laid, 5-6 pins/m2.
Apply the product with a trowel on the insulation board in a thickness of 5 mm. While still fresh, apply the reinforcing mesh so that it is immersed in the adhesive. In corners or at the joints of doors or windows, it is necessary to apply the reinforcing mesh twice. The optimal working temperatures are from 50C to 350C. For subsequent coatings, it is important that the base has reached the drying maturity of about 5-7 days, depending on atmospheric conditions.
FOR LEVELING
Apply the product with a trowel on the insulation board in a thickness of 5 mm. While still fresh, apply the reinforcing mesh so that it is immersed in the adhesive. In corners or at the joints of doors or windows, it is necessary to apply the reinforcing mesh twice. The optimal working temperatures are from 5°C - 35°C. For subsequent coatings, it is important that the base has reached the drying maturity of about 5-7 days, depending on atmospheric conditions.
