It is a liquid material based on acrylic resin, resistant to alkalis. Treatment of surfaces with Astar Grafiato ensures very good workability as well as noticeable ease in working with decorative layers. It creates an isolation and a very good connection of the surfaces treated with the decorative layer. All technical characteristics of the decorative coatings to be used are closely related to the properties of the primer that will be applied in advance. Astar Grafiato Dekoll Liquid significantly reduces the surface's water absorption capacity. It uniforms the degree of absorbency of the surface where it will be applied.
GRAFFITI PRIMER
It is used as a primer for surfaces that will then be painted or coated with refinishes or decorative coatings (Grafiato Dekoll, etc.).
The support where Astar Grafiato Dekoll Liquid will be applied must be dry and clean of dust as well as residues of oil, grease, varnish, wax and adhesive materials. The support is cleaned mechanically or manually.
The product is ready for use after being manually stirred in the bucket. It can be diluted up to 20% with water.
Application
The product is applied by brush or roller uniformly over the entire surface. You must wait at least 12-24 hours for Astar Grafiato to dry (depending on the temperature) before applying the final product on the support. Low temperatures as well as the presence of humidity significantly increase the drying time of the product. It should not be applied at temperatures lower than +5°C and higher than +35°C.
