EPOX-PRO 2K is a water-based, 2-component epoxy floor paint with an advanced formulation for covering and protecting industrial and commercial floors. It has an aesthetic, clean finish and is resistant to frequent washing. EPOX-PRO 2K comes in white or pigmented colors. EPOX-PRO 2K provides a durable, strong, clean and environmentally friendly coating by protecting surfaces against mechanical, chemical damage and other environmental influences. It has a high resistance to aliphatic solvents, petroleum, mineral oils, gasoline or detergents. High mechanical resistance to scratches, damage and abrasion.
EPOXY PRO 2K
Add component B to component A in the given ratio and mix the solution well with a low-speed mixer for about 5 minutes to achieve a homogeneous mass. After mixing, leave the solution to stand for 5 minutes in order to ensure that the induction reaction has started. After the waiting time, the mixture is diluted with water, up to 10%. The product is then ready for application.
Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust, grease or other residues that may affect the adhesion of the paint. If the support is very smooth, it is suggested to sand it with sandpaper and then clean it from the dust created, in order to create the best possible adhesion of the paint to the surface to be applied. If necessary, clean the surface with a suitable cleaner (acid solution 10%). Then clean the surface well with water to eliminate the remains of the acid solution and leave to dry completely. If there are major defects in the floor, they must be repaired before applying the paint.

Application
Use a brush, roller or spatula to apply the paint. Before applying the paint, prime the surface with a coat of EPOX-PRIMER 2K according to the product instructions. The product must be applied within 60 min, do not try to thin the product in order to make it re-applicable after this time. Always make sure that the first coat of paint applied is completely dry when applying the second coat. The floor surface must be clean and dry before application. To achieve maximum coverage, you can apply several thin coats, waiting for complete drying between each coat.
