EPOX-PRIMER 2K is a water-based, 2-component epoxy floor primer with an advanced formulation for the preparation and protection of industrial and commercial floors. It has an aesthetic, clean, transparent finish and is resistant to frequent washing. EPOX-PRIMER 2K provides a durable, strong, clean and environmentally friendly layer by protecting surfaces against mechanical, chemical damage and other environmental influences. It has a high resistance to aliphatic solvents, petroleum, mineral oils, gasoline or detergents. High mechanical resistance to scratches, damage and abrasion.
2K EPOXY PRIMER
Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust, grease or other residues that may affect the adhesion of the paint. If the support is very smooth, it is suggested to sand it with sandpaper and then clean it from the dust created, in order to create the best possible adhesion of the primer to the support. If necessary, clean the surface with a suitable cleaner (acid solution 10%). The surface should then be cleaned well with water to eliminate the acid solvent residues. If the support has defects or cracks in the floor, they should be repaired before applying the primer.
Use a roller, brush or spatula to apply EPOX-PRIMER 2K. Make sure the floor surface is clean and dry before application. To achieve maximum coverage, you can apply several thin coats, waiting for complete drying between each coat.

•Protect the product from contact with water for at least 24 hours after application.
•Product storage should be done in a cool, dry place, not in extreme heat and away from direct sunlight.

PRODUCT PREPARATION
Add component B to component A in the given ratio and mix the solution well with a low-speed mixer for about 5 minutes to achieve a homogeneous mass. After mixing, leave the solution to stand for 5 minutes in order to ensure that the induction reaction has started. After the waiting time, dilute the mixture with water, up to 50%. The product is then ready for application. In cases where EPOX-PRIMER 2K is used as a final transparent layer, a 2-3-hand application is made where the first hand is applied diluted 50% (as a primer) while the second hand is applied undiluted.
